Sarah Hale

With an incredible 36 years of experience in the travel industry, Sarah has a genuine passion for helping customers turn their holiday dreams into wonderful memories that last a lifetime.

Sarah has been fortunate enough to travel extensively over the years, including visiting more than 17 different destinations across America, giving her a wealth of first-hand knowledge and a real love for discovering new places and sharing her experiences with customers.
For Sarah, arranging a holiday is about so much more than simply making a booking. She loves being there for her customers every step of the way – from finding and planning their perfect holiday to helping with any questions or arrangements along the way, and then hearing all about their adventures when they return home.

One of the things Sarah values most about her many years in travel is the relationships she has built. Over the years, many of her customers have become friends, returning time and again and trusting Sarah to create their next memorable holiday – something she considers one of the most rewarding parts of her job.

Sarah Dance

Sarah’s journey in travel began many moons ago at Cardiff Airport, working on the check-in desks before moving into the world of travel agency life. Although her career later took her into the motor industry for many years, her love of travel never left her – and eventually brought her back to the industry she loves.

Having travelled to many wonderful destinations, Sarah particularly enjoys city breaks, discovering different cultures, fascinating history and those hidden gems that make a destination truly special. She’s equally happy enjoying a relaxing beach holiday, where she can simply switch off, unwind and soak up the sunshine.

For Sarah, being a travel consultant is about being part of the whole journey – from that first conversation and initial holiday dream through to welcoming customers home and hearing all about their adventures. There’s nothing she enjoys more than finding the perfect holiday and helping create memories that will last a lifetime.
