I’ve been working in the travel industry for many years, and throughout that time I’ve had the pleasure of helping so many wonderful people plan their holidays and create memories that last a lifetime. For me, being a travel agent isn’t just about booking flights and hotels — it’s about listening to people, understanding what makes their holiday perfect, and sharing in the excitement with them.

With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, travel and customer service have always been my passion. I love getting to know my clients and helping them find the perfect holiday, whether that’s a completely tailor-made adventure or a fantastic family getaway.

I particularly enjoy creating tailor-made holidays and bringing together all the little details to make a trip truly special. At the same time, I’m just as happy searching out a great family deal and making sure my clients get fantastic value for money.

I’ve been lucky enough to travel to some incredible destinations, with Perth in Australia, New York, Vietnam and Croatia among my favourites. Each offers something completely different, and I love using my own experiences and knowledge to help clients discover destinations that suit them.

After more than 30 years in the industry, I’m still just as passionate about travel as I was when I started. For me, the best part of being a travel agent is taking the stress out of planning and helping create holidays that turn into wonderful memories.

Travel has always been a huge part of my life, and I still love helping people plan their perfect holiday just as much as I did when I first started 30 plus years ago!

I’m a friendly, approachable and conscientious travel consultant, and I believe getting to know my clients is just as important as finding the right holiday.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to travel to many of Europe’s beautiful beach resorts, as well as the Caribbean, Florida & Disney, Mexico, Dubai, Thailand, South Africa, Singapore, Montenegro and Skiathos, giving me plenty of first-hand experience and recommendations to share.

Jamaica is one of my favourite destinations, and having visited three times, I’ve enjoyed some fantastic experiences, from swimming with horses at Chukka Cove and cruising along Seven Mile Beach to Rick’s Café, to climbing the waterfalls at YS Falls.

I’m also a real cruise enthusiast and have travelled on a variety of ships and cruise lines. I love sharing my personal experiences and helping clients find a cruise that suits their own style. Whether you know exactly where you want to go or need a little inspiration, I’m here to make planning your next holiday enjoyable, personal and as stress-free as possible.

I’ve been working in travel for 10 years, gaining experience both in-store and overseas as a family representative. From helping customers choose and book their perfect holiday to being there to support them throughout their trip, I understand just how much a holiday means to people.

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to travel across many parts of the world and experience a wonderful variety of cultures. One of my biggest travel highlights was exploring India, discovering the Golden Triangle and experiencing the incredible Taj Mahal.

If I had to choose my favourite holiday destination, I’d say Cyprus, although I also have a huge passion for Disneyland Paris! I love sharing my personal tips, tricks and favourite experiences to help make your Disney trip truly magical.
