With an incredible 31 years of experience in the travel industry, Natalie is still just as passionate about helping customers turn their holiday dreams into unforgettable memories.

Over the years, Natalie has built a wonderfully loyal clientele and particularly loves looking after her regular customers, many of whom she has been arranging holidays for over many years. Getting to know her customers, understanding what they love and helping them decide where to explore next is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.

Natalie has travelled to some fantastic destinations, with Turkey, New York, Ibiza and Hawaii among her favourites, alongside some memorable cruises and city breaks. Cruising is her favourite type of holiday to sell, and she loves matching customers with the perfect cruise line, ship and itinerary to create a holiday that’s just right for them.

Still on Natalie’s own travel wish list is Singapore – particularly the chance to enjoy a Singapore Sling in the iconic Long Bar at Raffles Hotel, an historic travel experience she would love to tick off her list.

After 31 years in travel, Natalie still believes there’s always another destination to discover, another adventure to enjoy and another memory to make. Her favourite saying sums it up perfectly: “You can never put a price on memories.”

With an incredible 45 years of experience in the travel industry, I’ve built my career around creating memorable holidays and helping my customers discover the world.

I particularly love Greece, with the beautiful island of Crete being one of my favourite destinations. I really enjoy planning holidays that are a little more challenging and require extra time, care and attention to detail. For me, there’s something incredibly rewarding about taking a more complex holiday idea and bringing all the different elements together to create an unforgettable experience.

Despite my many years in travel, there are still plenty of destinations on my own wish list, including New Zealand, Singapore and Canada – proving that however much of the world you see, there’s always somewhere new to discover.

After 45 years, I still love helping my customers plan their next adventure and creating holidays and memories they’ll treasure for years to come.
